Corum Coaching
About Me
Hello, my name is Jenny. I am a coach, mentor and facilitator who has worked in Scotland’s third sector for over 20 years, mainly in leadership and executive roles in a range of social care and education charities.
I was formerly the director of the National Autistic Society Scotland and until last year I was the CEO in Breakthrough, a young persons’ mentoring charity.
I love working with people and I get a huge amount of energy and satisfaction from building positive, trusting relationships and supporting people to reach their potential – professionally and personally.
I have worked alongside the same coach from Kinharvie for almost a decade and it has been transformative in all areas of my life. Whilst 2020 brought lots of challenges for many people, the highlight for me was finally training as a Gestalt coach with the expert team at Kinharvie.
This year I have had the privilege of coaching a wide range of leaders and emerging leaders in a range of sectors. I have also been given the opportunity to coach care experienced people which I have enjoyed immensely.
Coaching has become a huge part of my identity – I also coach junior hockey for Stirling Wanderers and earlier this year I became a qualified open water swimming coach.
I have rediscovered what gives me real satisfaction and have a renewed sense of purpose.
